The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, The Embroidery Hut’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by The Embroidery Hut (collectively, the “Agreement”).

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by The Embroidery Hut, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

Pricing
Theembroideryhut.com accepts payment on-line by Visa, Mastercard and Laser Cards. You may also pay us over the phone in-store. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of Theembroideryhut.com until payment is received. In the case where payment does not clear, Theembroideryhut.com has a right to cancel the order completely. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and do not include delivery.

Payment Terms
Theembroideryhut.com shall be authorised to debit the amount payable for the goods ordered against the authorised Payment Card supplied by you when completing your order. Theembroideryhut.com shall be entitled to debit your Payment Card on acceptance of your order and prior to delivery. By submitting your order, Identity Number and Payment Card details, you warrant that you are over the age of eighteen, are authorised to make payment with the Payment Card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order. Ownership in the Goods shall not pass until the full contract price has been paid in full. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

Products/Orders
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. As our items are custom made, all orders are final. We can not be held responsible if a name is spelled wrong, so please double check all orders before placing. Orders can not be changed once they are processed.

Delivery
Before you finish your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from. All orders placed are delivered by the postal system. Delivery price is based off the weight of the product as set out by An Post. Delivery times can take up to 3 working days. Once the item has left our shop we are no longer aware of its location. If you do not receive your order you must inform us and so we can sort out any issues. Deliveries are only made on working days and no deliveries are made on weekends or on public holidays. Deliveries can be made to private homes and business addresses. We try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather.

Privacy
All details that we receive, either by the person placing the order or about the person that receives the goods, will remain private. The only other individual who will receive your information is that of the postal system so they can deliver your item.

Returns Policy
We do not offer returns on personalised items & if the information you have given us is incorrect we can not be held responsible for this. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it for you but you must notify us of the damage within 7 days.
